Returns & Exchanges

UK ORDERS

We offer free 14 day exchanges to all orders delivered to UK addresses. We only offer returns for store credit (valid for 1 year), not reimbursement to the original payment method. You have 14 days from the day of the first courier delivery attempt (not the day you receive/collect the package) to inform us of your intention to exchange/return your product. You can contact us via email (info@littlelaces.co.uk) or Instagram DM (@littlelacesuk). Items must be brand new, unworn and in the exact same condition you received them in - including all tags and extras untampered with.

Please do not send us any items on your own accord - as our trading address varies from our returns address. If you send us back any items on your own accord, they will not be received/processed and you will not be refunded.

Once your return has been accepted - we will send you a returns label. You have 5 working days from the day you received the label to post the item - after this, your return will be void and the label cancelled. We are not liable for any items attempted to be returned after this 5 working day period, and you will not be refunded. Packages must be returned to us packaged the same way you received the item, double boxed. We reserve the right to refuse any items inadequately packaged. We are not liable for any packages that get lost or damaged due to inadequate packaging - you will not receive a refund. We will process the return/exchange within 5 working days of receiving back the package.

If the product you're exchanging for is more expensive than the item returned, you will be required to pay the difference by bank transfer before the new item can be shipped out. Exchanges can only be shipped out to the original delivery address. If the product you're exchanging for is cheaper than the product you're exchanging for - the remaining amount will be credited to your account/a gift card (valid for 1 year).

If you are returning your product for store credit, the amount will be credited to your account/gift card (valid for 1 year).

Every item within an order is eligible to 1 exchange/return - you cannot exchange/return a product that was received in an exchange order - and you cannot exchange a product that was purchased using store credit received from a returned item. This is still subject to the conditions of the returns policy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders delivered to addresses outside of the UK are final and are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS

You have 30 minutes from the time of order to inform us of your desire to cancel your order. If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be sent to the original payment method. If this time period has passed or your order has already been dispatched, a cancellation is not possible and the returns policy applies.

We cannot amend the delivery address once an order has been placed.

SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?

If you received the wrong item or there is a problem with your order, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to inform us of the situation and we will be happy to help!

Please note - Little Laces LTD is a reseller, not a manufacturer. Therefore, we can not be held liable for the quality control, durability or performance of the products sold.
