What is your returns policy?
We offer free exchanges within 14 days for UK orders only. All orders delivered to addresses outside of this region are final. You can view our full returns policy here.

How long will my order take to arrive?
For delivery addresses within the UK, you can expect most orders to be delivered within 2-5 working days. However, orders can occasionally take up to 14 working days to arrive depending on the availability of the item. Do you offer same day London pick up?
Yes - we can sometimes offer same day london pick up/drop off - however this is dependent on the item availability/location. Extra charges may apply for drop offs.

Which shoe sizes do you sell?
We sell sneakers in infants, toddlers, pre-school, kids and junior sizing. This differs between brands, but generally UK 0.5c - UK 6 (EU40) (BIGGER KIDS).

What does the 'c' mean on shoe sizes?
The 'c' or 'k' at the end of a size indicates it's a toddler/infant size. For example, this allows for the difference to be established between a infant/toddler UK 2c and a older kids UK 2 (the bigger size).
I'm unsure of which size to purchase, can you help?
